They were eating the popcorn off the Christmas tree strings. It was so funny. Yes I do feed our children. Cute Kylee and Katie. Kylee is so good to put up with all the Carlson crazies! Duncan spent a fair amount of time snuggled in with Uncle Wes. Cute Trayvn and Duncan getting along. I can't imagine that it could.

Wednesday, July 3, 2013. So much for posting once a week. Lots of changes in past few months. Started working 5 days a week instead of 3. Blah! About mid May I started a using an app called My Fitness Pal. I've lost 9 pounds by keeping track of exercising and not exceeding 1500 (net) calories. That's 19 pounds since last February.
