Sunday, March 13, 2011. If anyone had told me 5 yrs ago that I would have trouble with my weight in my 40s I would have laughed at them! I have always been able to eat what I want, and as long as I put in my exercise during the week, keep my weight where I want it. Well, 3 kids later, and now 41, I am always trying to find a way to drop 5 lbs (ok .10)! So I think I'm going to keep it up! Plus, any diet that allows bacon, mayonnaise and sour cream is right up my alley! I'm counting on you!
