We've had tons of fun with playgroups, outings, and lots of play time. I want to make sure and offer educational play as well, especially since my kids love to do "school". In order to keep things very simple, we are trying a "winging" it type of plan :). I've decided to categorize summer school blog posts by:. Posted by Mommy Sarah. Well goodness...

Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Well goodness.I just can't seem to keep on a consistent schedule with tot school or blogging. Life is so busy with 4 little ones. O has apparently lost all interest in doing "school" with me.even her computer work. I've never pushed her, only encouraged her and tried to make it fun. I really wish she was in a part-day pre-k program with other kids, she would love it! The few days we've had so far have been wonderful! I think in addition to more learning dvd's, I want to find a wo...

Faith, Family and Home Education. Teaching Babies the Bible. July 30, 2012. The nursery at my church is amazing. All thanks to Linda Mayhugh for teaching us this fun Bible lesson for our babies! When you pass our nursery, you will rarely hear crying or fussing. Instead, you will hear the laughter and singing as our babies and toddlers learn about God! You will see chubby cheeks smiling and all eyes on the teacher as the babies eagerly wait to see what is coming next. And/or Vehicles (train, boat, plane).

Musings of my Daily Happenings

Musings of my Daily Happenings. Monday, December 9, 2013. Two nights ago John and I sat in his parents garage (they were out of town and we needed somewhere warm) under a patio heater (yes, IN the garage) drinking wine and smoking a cigar. I didn't smoke a cigar, he did. And he didn't drink wine, I did. It seems odd that I would have forgotten this blog, doesn't it? But, I essentially had. My life has taken quite a turn since the last entry. but that may turn up here at a later date. You get that, right?

Musings of my Soul

Musings of my Soul. When You Do Not Reap What You Sow. I have heard my whole life that you reap what you sow or what comes around goes around. Karma. What if that simply is not true?
