Empower body mind and soul. October 20, 2013. Better for you banana pancakes. Here’s a healthy recipe that will soon become a part of your healthy eating cookbook. Slice bananas and mash them in a small bowl. Add the egg and whisk it through with a fork (at this stage your mix should be a creamy yellow colour. the egg should be completely mixed through). Heat a non stick pan and pour 3 tablespoons of mixture in at a time (or according to your preferred size). Get active this Summer!
