Mustang Economy - Economical Mustangs - you must be having a laugh? Economy - not a word you'd expect on a website crammed with muscle-car information, but we reckon that the fact that our chancellor wants to push petrol prices up approaching 1 per litre may be making folks think twice about a Mustang. It's confession time. My daily drive is a 193bhp 2.8 litre straight six BMW that's now covered 200k miles. It gets 28.2 miles to the gallon and carries 4 people in comfort. Wow! And the American mile.

These pics of a lovely grey Shelby spotted in the U.S. Closeup of boot spoiler. The bonnet grilles have changed, and the lettering on the rear looks to have shifted to the left - a bad move in my opinion, I liked the symmetry (and the retro look) of the spread-out letters. The wheels are gorgeous, and I'm pleased to say we can get these for your regular '06 stang - ask about 2007 Cobra wheels and tyres. Updated cobra pics in the Gallery.
