Bits and pieces from the past. Music from the Big Woods Playing in the Kitchen. I am not really a music person. I’m not a big fan or rock n’ roll or more recent popular music. I don’t have digital music files and few cds. I don’t put on music to listen to that often, reaching instead for an audio book or radio drama instead. I’ve been keeping very busy with my business over the last few weeks, I’m happy that things are finally coming together and I have faith that things will work out. I usually drink this green smoothie for breakfast at least 3-4 times a week. It’s quick and easy and I can just take it to work with me. I make it in my magic bullet so it’s ready to go! Here’s what you need:. Juice from 1/2 lemon. Handful of Kale and Spinach. 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed *optional*. 1/2 or 3/4 cup of water (this depends on how thick you want your smoothie). 3 cubes of ice. Place all items in your magic bullet or blender, blend for 2-3 minutes and you’re done! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
