This event not only raises awareness for animals in need, but it also raises critical funds to help the RSPCA to keep doing their thing (for example, did you know that last year alone, 46,558 animals came to the RSPCA NSW for help? That’s a lot of four-legged friends! All of the funds we raise go to support the RSPCA and big or small, your donation makes a difference.

Friday, June 7, 2013. Well That did not go according to plan. Should I be more upset? Maybe But, getting completely walloped has the benefit of never getting one's hopes up. This past week has been a lot of putting things in perspective. It doesn't matter that we lost (I mean, of course it matters a bit and would have been awesome to win! Because I still get to turn 30 next week. I still get to spend next weekend celebrating with friends in all manner of ways. I still get to go on vacation!

Friday, June 28, 2013. Canada Road Trip: Underground in Diefenbunker. To enter the bunker, we walked down a very long, cold tunnel. This is the tunnel is THE TUNNEL that would protect some good Canadians from nuclear bad stuff. Many of the rooms were set up as they were during the time the bunker was operational. There was never an attack, so it was never used for its original purpose. Other rooms were set up as a museum to the Cold War. The Jets are back! Here is PGH-related content! RIP PIG - 6/30/13.

First time trying LaunchKey 25 with Ableton Live. I went to my local library and tried out the Novation LaunchKey 25 they have in their audio booth. I fiddled with it for about an hour, and this video is the best chunk of music making I did during that time. It was a lot of fun! I was using the Ableton Live set I made in this video: Loopmaking in Ableton. This video includes some text explanations for what I'm doing, but no speaking or singing.
