The Peace Child: God...wants......
http://carolthepeacechild.blogspot.com/2007/01/faith-question-3.html
Sunday, January 28, 2007. What does God expect us to do for other cultures and faiths? I enjoyed reading your post, and I came to comment here just like I promised :D kkk. I fully agree with you that God wants us to spread his word, and I totally admire what Don Richardson did because he was risking everything by going to the Sawi tribe. I don't think I have that much faith yet to go that far for God. What do you think? What happens if God's beliefs conflict with what a certain culture believes?

The Peace Child: What should Society do...??
http://carolthepeacechild.blogspot.com/2007/01/culture-question-1.html
Sunday, January 28, 2007. What should Society do? What should society do for “uncivilized cultures” like the Sawi? Your post is very moving. I think that you are correct that one group of people is not enough to help the uncivilized countries of the world. We should indeed help other countries and send them more than just money. However, what is the standard of such a normal living culture? Shouldnt these so called 'uncivilized' cultures be able to preserve some of their own? February 1, 2007 at 8:04 PM.

The Peace Child: What should we do fo the Sawi????
http://carolthepeacechild.blogspot.com/2007/01/culture-question-2.html
Sunday, January 28, 2007. What should we do fo the Sawi? What does Jesus want us to do for the Sawi? In the world right now, we see many people who are struggling to live. We see people who are starving and have nothing in their life. Even though people know that this is happening around the world, they do nothing about it. Why is that? February 3, 2007 at 3:04 AM. February 23, 2007 at 7:31 AM. Yes, I agree with your post! I especially liked what you said in the end. That it is NOW! I Love to Play.

The Peace Child: Faith....
http://carolthepeacechild.blogspot.com/2007/01/faith-question-2.html
Sunday, January 28, 2007. How does Faith relate to the world in which we live? As there is a pharse that "Actions speak louder than words" people need to start showing moral faith through actions in their characters and thoughts. By human action, faith can change as Don Richardson changed the faith of the Sawi. I'm the first one to post a comment :) yeah. February 1, 2007 at 12:43 AM. Caroline, you have written a lovely post. Your ideas are sound and you show insight into the novel. Mrs.Mc. I Love to Play.

The Peace Child: My Reflections....
http://carolthepeacechild.blogspot.com/2007/01/reflections_28.html
Sunday, January 28, 2007. What reflections and connections can you make with this novel? From the novel I can reflect myself from Don Richardson and from the Sawi. As I started to finish reading this book, I wondered where my faith in God was standing. I was astonished and wondered at the beginning how Don Richardson was willing to risk his life to spread Christianity to the Sawi. Would I be willing to risk my life to spread the gospel? Sunday, January 28, 2007. What do Mission Organizations do for these people? Village changed. Hopefully, Mission Organizations are able to change the world as well, rather than only changing uncivilized countries. Your Cambodia mission trip sounds fantastic. I would really like you to share some of your experiences in class. Mrs.Mc. February 23, 2007 at 7:30 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Journal for Survival in Auschwitz. The Peace Child: Suprise and Sad by the Sawi Culture...

Sunday, January 28, 2007. Suprise and Sad by the Sawi Culture. What concepts in the Sawi culture intrigued/reviled/saddened/angered/suprised you? Your picture post is sweet! Saddened should be the title so fix this. Good ideas and keep working. Try to re-read your work - there are some grammatical errors. Mrs.Mc. February 23, 2007 at 7:29 AM.
