1 MUTTON GRAVEY AND DRY CURRY. Few ginger, garlic(6 cloves). Garam masala powder-2 tbsp (recipe given in POWDER section). Big onion -1 sliced or small onion-15. Mustard seeds, uraddal, curry leaves. In oil sauté small onion, ginger, garlic to golden brown. Add garammasala powder and mix evenly. Allow it to cool. Grind to paste; add water, mix and keep. Keep some paste aside(2 TBSP). Add this masala in mutton, also add salt and cook well. Leave the pieces with bone in gravey. Grind the coconut to paste.

Garam masala powder-2 tsp. Cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,nutmeg-few. Mint leaves and coriander leaves-1/2 bundle. Cook the rice separately with garam masala powder and salt. Marinate mutton in gingergarliic paste,little salt,chilly powder and curd. Fry the sliced onion in oil till golden brown. Season cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,nutmeg,mint laeves in ghee and oil,then add green chillies and sauté. Add mutton and sauted few mts.cook it. Close the lid tightly and thump it for 5 mts. Sliced onion-1 1/2 cup.
