Sunday, September 28, 2014. We have officially lived in our house for 1 year! One of the main changes we wanted to make to our house was updating the kitchen. The picture below shows the kitchen before we bought the house. Step 1: Knock down the island bar. Step 2: Add granite. Step 3: Change the backsplash. Step 4: Paint the cabinets. Sunday, November 30, 2014. Brady and I attempted to take Kelsey's 12 month photos. They didn't turn out as well as we had hoped, but I am sure we will get better as we practice. Saturday, June 21, 2014. Basically our Saturdays consist of going to the pool, picking up groceries, Brady working on his lawn, and house projects. These are a few of our completed projects. Our entry way was in serious need of some furniture and pictures. There is a really bad glare on our family picture from the office window, but I was too impatient to wait for the sun to go down to get a good picture. Sunday, April 20, 2014. Friday night we invited the Griffiths over for s'mores. Carter made about 25 s'mores and ate two bites haha. Jen was pretty excited Kelsey was finally able to wear the shirt she bought her. It says, "My Auntie Rocks". Saturday we went to the McKinney Easter Extravaganza. Sunday, August 16, 2015. Brady and I have been married for 6 years! I guess I can't speak for Brady.but I am pretty happy with how far we have come in the past 6 years. To celebrate we went out to dinner at Mesa Grill. The following night we used our hotel voucher to stay the night in Plano. Friday, December 26, 2014. Christmas Eve was pretty low key at the Forman household this year. Tank and Lindsey flew into DFW that afternoon, and we basically just hung out the rest of the evening. Brady made us fettuccine and Olive Garden salad for dinner. Christmas morning was actually a lot more exciting than I thought it would be. Sunday, August 2, 2015. If I had to sum up the month of July with one word, it would be SWIMMING. Kelsey and I literally go to the pool every single day. However, we did do a few other fun activities this past month. We tried out this fun place in Frisco called, The Play Street Museum. We will definitely be going back each month. Saturday, July 11, 2015. Mike and Val Visit. My parents were able to come visit for the 4th of July weekend. Kelsey sure loved having extra friends to play with. Especially ones that she can manipulate into doing whatever she wants. We finally took my parents to Top Golf for the first time, and they are officially hooked.
