Marta Valle Cooks!: Fundraising for Haiti

Friday, April 16, 2010. My class had worked on a project to help Haiti. We had made truffles to sell to our teachers and fellow student for Valentine's day. We made over 500 dollars to donate to Haiti. We had made it with dark chocolate and decorated it with toppings. Now we're making pretzels to raise more money for Haiti. For pretzel recipe and here. For the truffle recipes. For donating the Heckers Flour we used to bake the pretzels and the Guittard Chocolate used to make the truffles.
