Bear with me as I try to figure life out as a thyroidless cancer survivor. Wednesday, October 16, 2013. This blog hasn't even been on my radar these past few months.that's probabably a good thing, right? I started it in 2010 right after my thyca diagnosis and had a ton of posts that year. Good therapy. Since then, I'm lucky if I'm posting once or twice a month. July was awesome. Just plain amazing. I kind of satisfied my travel bug by hitting up two continents! Three words for China: hot, sensory overload.

Figured I have nothing to lose except a little dignity.Mr. Wonderful thought I was insane trying to line some shots up without dropping the camera out the window at 55 mph. I took this a couple of weeks ago as we roamed the main roads and back streets of Vermont. Thank God it's summer and I don't have to face my hordes of teenagers more sleep deprived than I normally am.

So, everybody was pretty happy to see the Basler and the Twin Otter land at the beginning of the week. Bear with me as I try to figure life out as a thyroidless cancer survivor. Saturday, September 3, 2016. That was the fastest answer ever! The funky lymph node is still there but is slightly smaller. Dr. N's message was "stable, good", and that was all. This is what I guess my funky lymph node would look like, only larger. Looks like a happy little guy. Next steps are bloodwork and a check up with Dr. N at the end of this month. Breathing slightly anxious sigh of relief for now. Tuesday, August 30, 2016.
