I'm not sure if it's because I had a few days extra to recover before my last shot or if it was because I wore travel sickness bands or because I took more tablets than I usually take but it seemed less damaging somehow. I went for a blood test in London on Monday and this will be used to check if I have cancer still in me. Don't mind them holding off on telling me for a few years. But hopefully that is the last time for a while that I'll be stuck with a needle! Off to France t...

Mum had her operation yesterday and they managed to remove a lot of what they intended to including the 'inoperable' tumour! Fan-bloody-tastic. Tuesday, March 11, 2008. After my feeling very sorry for myself earlier post, I feel truly back on form most definitely helped by a fantastic trip to Cornwall. Our flight was cancelled on the way back due to the wind but a lovely chap asked if we wanted to ride with him in the last hire car left in Newquay! He gave us a lift all the way back, what a wonderful chap. So, as you can read, am feeling much better than before but not yet normal (not that I probably ever was)! And on Tuesday, it's schemo 4!
