Ross has worked in health, social care and pastoral settings since 1982. This experience has in part constructed a person who has insight and an empathetic approach to his work. Over these years not all this experience has been positive but all has been beneficial. Over his career, Ross has run workshops and training in a wide range of settings such as residential homes, village halls, prisons and secure units. He is a competent and confident speaker and has contributed to national conferences.
