Monday, August 16, 2010. This was a sign posted on the door of a school I helped at in Nairobi. So, I decided to just.start.begin.and see where things take me. A few years ago, I had the amazing opportunity to travel to Kenya. I worked for nearly 10 days in schools and a safe house, (for vulnerable young girls and boys who have no family to care for them) helping to serve food, put in a drip irrigation system and just spending time and learning about that beautiful country from my new found friends.

My mission

For more beautiful life. Pondělí 1. února 2016. Výzva na únor - co jiného než cvičit! Už je na čase to tady zase trochu oživit. A protože je první den v měsíci a navíc pondělí, úplně to svádí k tomu, něco ode dneška změnit. Tentokrát jsem všechna novoroční předsevzetí vynechala a řekla si, že všechno nechám až na únor, až se všechno po Vánocích uklidní, až se dojí cukroví a všechno se zase vrátí do normálu. No a je to tady! Takže už moje absolutní klasika, pouštím se do 30 Day Shred s Jillian Michaels.
