LEI was contracted to demo and remodel eight show units that will lead into the remodel of all 250 units. This 5,000 square foot space included electrical, fire alarm, data rough and terminations as well as added meter service. Complications not only included the noise restriction during the limited working hours but also a very complex shut down that involved retailers and ten floors of tenants.
