Sunday, February 13, 2011. Ok so I really don't have any excuses other than I have been busy. (which is code for lazy). However with only 63 more days I felt I need to stop being so busy and start working on this running thing. Only had 35 min today, but it was better than nothing. Monday, February 21, 2011. 55 days of pain remain. Wanted to run, (ok walk at a brisk pace), 8 miles tonight. Ended up doing 6 before it was time for bed and my hip started hurting. Wednesday, February 23, 2011. My Achy Breaky Hip! I thought that after a day off I could train again today. However my hip was killing me after 1.5 miles. Not sure what to do. I need to train, but I don't want to agitate my injury and jeopardize future training. What is the best way to recover quickly? Monday, February 21, 2011. 55 days of pain remain. Saturday, January 29, 2011. Ran my 6 miles today. Ok I only ran 2 for sure then I alternated between run and walk the other 4. I finished in 1hr 32 min averaging 15'13" per mile. Not great but I will take it. Only 78 days left! January 29, 2011 at 11:19 PM. Even alternating is better than doing nothing.
