Learning how to be thankful.one day at a time. Friday, September 2, 2011. Arghgetting behind again. ;-(. I am grateful today for a lovely ride through Kansas country. Went to Manhattan to get my bike fixed, then had lunch with a friend in Wamego. Drove home a 2-lane highway and enjoyed the scenic ride. Stopped at several historical markers, an Oregon Trail Nature Park and the Konza Prairie. Butterflies are everywhere and the fall wildflowers are gorgeous! Posted by Corey, Julie, Trevin and Logan.
