Friday, 26 September 2014. I have been pottering around all day sorting through different things, doing jobs on my lists. I have finally moved my Dad into a unit around the corner from me which he loves thank goodness. Now Im giving the house up for sale so Im giving it a little plug on here, so please feel free to share this post. The house is on 5 beautiful acres, the land is just serene. Wednesday, 12 August 2015. Not much happening in the gardening department. This title is pretty spot on. There is not much happening in my garden. These few pictures of blooms is about all there is. A few jonquils although I have planted quite a few more of these this week as my Auntie just gave me boxes of them. The one thing I love about winter is the daphne . Oh how I love the scent of this plant. It reminds me of my childhood. One tulip has bloomed. So I am using something I have grown so that counts.

Saturday, 28 February 2015. With a busy schedule a slow cooker is a must I simply love mine. I whip up the ingredients the night before and pop them in the fridge then just turn it on at 7 am and leave it. So easy. At the start of the week I make the school lunches and freeze. So if Im busy and the kids ask for money my answer is . nope lunch is already made. It adds up if I have have to give them both money each day for lunches. Im still picking beautiful berries for our smoothies. Im loving my dahlias.

Monday, 1 June 2015. Where has the time gone. Well I am still in the land of the living . Lots of changes going on for me at the moment. For the moment I have had to lighten my work load due to family commitments and my own sanity . I have rehomed all my beautiful chickens and bunnies . Sunday, 14 June 2015. The title for this post sums up this last week. I did have a week off work and had a cabin booked for three nights at Halls gap since last year. It was just a get away for Brett and I . Well it was the most relaxing holiday I've had in a very long time. Nestled at the bottom of the grampians we arrived to be greeted by wildlife everywhere just outside our door . We did a bit of grounding while we were there at Venus baths. We did a lot of bush walking and walked to the pinnacle.
