But I am getting a little ahead of myself . . . I had ordered some compression tights online. It took me about 10 minutes to get them on the first time, then I got the hang of it after that. Thursday, September 15, 2011. Day 21: Physical Therapy. Physical therapy is like Uma Thurman in the back seat of the Pussy Wagon saying, "Wiggle your big toe.". The pain was quite bearable (at first). It is a good pain, like feeling a burn when you stretch a muscle, or massaging a stiff neck. Toward the very end though, the toe joints had had enough, and they actually hurt when she bent them, and I told her so, so she stopped. She said that is should feel good, not bad. Sunday, October 30, 2011. Tuesday, October 18, 2011. Day 53: Damn Foreigners. Nothing remarkable has happened in the days since my last post, but I thought should update. I am walking around my house without the crutches. Walking with the crutches feels exactly the same as walking without them, so I only use the them outside the house, for speediness, and to send people a warning that something is wrong with my feet, if they don't see the two big boots I am wearing. This left toe is stiffer than my right.

Sunday, May 13, 2012. Sugardale is now a Derby Doll. I am not exactly sure how long ago it was, perhaps about two years, when a friend had a birthday party at a roller skating rink. A few friends and I actually drove to Phoenix from San Diego for the day just to go. And I discovered I was pretty good on skates.
