My Angry Chair

It's been a while and my wife and I are still doing the keto thing. I finally dropped under 216 for a total weight loss of 19 pounds but again with some added muscle and strength. Tomorrow I am getting up and going for a minimum of 6 mile run. Just water, electrolytes and maybe a F-Bomb fat fuel packet. Here are some pictures of the chicken. If you didn’t know running in humidity sucks. The gear sucks, but add in humidity and I wanted to give up yesterday. At the turn around point I took my shirt off and rung it out. Track season is coming to a close. Its been a good freshman season for my daughter. Her mile has gone down over 45 seconds from the start of the season now down to 5:39. Her 2 mile best is 12:20. Makes me as a turtle runner jealous. I have no idea where she gets her speed from. I am trying to get her off the track and on to the trails but she hates hills from cross country.
