On A Personal Note. It's always about me. Friday, January 20, 2006. I am happy to report that i did survive my second cycling class. and just as the instructor said, it's much better with the gel seat. haha. i was amazed at how fast the time went by. they should make shirts that say, "i survived my cycling class" or something. :-). And thank you jil for ridin' with me this morning! I guess we have to go back next friday so we can win at bingo! If you can stay longer, we can hit the track for a mile!

On A Personal Note. It's always about me. Monday, June 06, 2005. But, gaining those 4 pounds was too easy. I was even making a conscious effort to eat more healthy! My next appointment is on the 30th of this month, at which I will be taking the glucola. Anyhow, I am sure the test will go smoothly. I have also made my appointment for the 4-D ultrasound.
