Just another WordPress.com site. Archive November, 2013. This road I’ve traveled too many times. I know it is going to take commitment and time and I am ready for it. I have decided to start running again. I will run on the days that I do not work and I will do Cardio and Strength on the days that I do work. What I didn’t realize that my world be shattered a couple of hours later.
