Wednesday, August 09, 2006. This is what Marion County, Oregon allowed Tom Duby of JIREH Construction to do. Partial removal of Patio reveals dropping of uncompacted soil and that NO rock or gravel was used per manufacturer's instructions. Incorrectly positioned deck supports placed ON TOP of Asphalt driveway. Foundation for house poured so that it sits outside perimeter of house. Insulation for foundation of house left exposed and sitting outside of perimeter of house. Posted by elaine at 11:26 AM.
