My Beer/Food Pairings
Friday, July 24, 2015. July Shish Kabobs and Farmhouse Ale. This was one of our favorite pairings. First because the food and beer choices were great but also because we shared it with our neighbors. Scott, Matt and I made the kabobs early in the day and left them to marinate in a combination of Soy, Teriyaki, Worcestershire sauces with garlic powder and pepper. We used peppers, purple onions, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and beef. Then Scott and I went to swim in Bob and Trina's pool. Here was our post:.
