O resultado foi um misto de sabores frescos, salgados e doces que combinaram na perfeição, além de ser uma salada muito bonita (modéstia à parte), porque quando como coisas agradáveis à vista, também me sabem melhor :). Mistura de alfaces (frisada, chicória, raddichio). Queijo feta cortado em cubos pequenos (28g).

Estava há meses para fazer este prato e nunca mais o fazia porque ainda não me tinham saltado à vista as abóboras meninas. Mas certo dia, fui ao supermercado e havia uma caixa cheia delas e os meus olhos brilharam de antecipação. Coloquei as duas metades num prato de forno com as superfícies voltadas para cima e foram a assar durante 40 minutos. Dê a sua opinião!

Sempre que vejo receitas, a minha mente magica maneiras de as tornar menos calóricas.Estes queques foram uma primeira tentativa. Saíram fofos e saborosos mas ainda não estou 100% satisfeita com a consistência. Ainda assim, estão saborosos. 80g de adoçante em pó. 200g de abóbora ralada. 200g de farinha com fermento.
