It may seem to experienced bodybuilders and fitness nuts that everyone knows what the names of their muscles are and where they are located. It may not be as obvious to the beginning weight lifter. Hopefully these charts will be of some help. Something to keep in mind is that most of the names are often used in a shortened version. For example "Pectoralis Major" are called the "Pecs", and "Quadriceps" are called "Quads".
