Pick a protein: chicken, fish, lean pork, lean beef, beans, and tofu. Pick a veggie: the list is wayyyy too long here, but they can be steamed, sauted, nuked, poached, raw.etc. Pick a good carb: quinoa, brown rice, sweet potato, whole grain pasta, steel cut oats, etc. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Some things I blogged about at the time and others occurred after I ended my blog. But, looking back, in an 18 month time period:. I found out I had skin cancer. I moved with my kids to another state. I bought my first house. I found out my skin cancer was back. The Boy graduated from high school. The Girl had surgery. Mam nadzieję, że się spodoba. Miłego czytania! Tydzień później leżałam na kanapie przed telewizorem Marii. Wspólnie oglądałyśmy zdjęcia z wyjazdu i wspominałyśmy piękne chwile. Szturchnęła mnie Maria - już niedługo znów tam pojedziesz! Mnie nie okłamiesz, wiem, że to nie pogoda. Nie będę naciskać, sama powiedz jak będziesz gotowa.
