Monday, January 21, 2008. 做了兩次紫雲膏，發覺製作過程雖然不難，但周邊相關的雜務卻是煩鎖得很：. 紫雲膏的方單很多都用g作單位，但到藥材鋪卻要用兩或錢為單位，特別是芝麻油這一項，由g換算到ml認真令我這個數學白痴頭痛，計了好多次都好像算錯了。最後，我用大無畏的精神，像平日煮食時靠估一樣，單靠感覺，反而令事情簡單得多。經過兩次實驗，我發覺在浸漬藥材的過程，部份芝麻油會被藥材吸收，加上炸完藥材後，留在煲底，呈現黑色的油都不會要，所以認為紫麻油下多些少沒關係。但當然不能多得太過份，料少油多，只會影響製成品的藥效。 炸藥材的時候，會冒出很太很濃的黑煙，而且味道相當難聞。第一次沒帶口罩，結果果在廚房裡焗得幾乎透不過氣。第二次再做，醒目地帶上口罩，感覺真的好多了。但仍然感到很焗，氣管有問題的人，或有小朋隶在家時絕對不能動工。 經過這兩次經驗，決定以後每次都要做大量，寧願用不完送人，也不想時常經歷以上問題。 第二次自行製作紫雲膏，從製成品的外觀而言，今次比上一次成功。 Sunday, December 9, 2007. 12288; A...

Thursday, August 10, 2006. To be honest, I never thought about lifelong learning much even though it is really all about what libraries do. When I took the tutorial, the habit I think that was easiest for me is "play." I have no problem playing. For me, it's just finding the timetp "play". The habit I think that is the hardest for me is "creating my own toolbox." But I think that's just because I never seem to have time to build the toolbox. Again, it's a time issue.
