RECIPES | Crab Rangoon

8 oz pkg. cream cheese. 1 garlic clove, minced. 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 c shredded crab. Oil for deep frying. The cream cheese should be at room temperature. In a medium bowl work together the cream cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Deep-fry in hot (375 degrees) oil two or three at a time until. Browned. Serve warm with hot mustard or sweet-and-sour-sauce.

2- 6 oz. packages of cream cheese (room temp). 1 Tbsp. garlic salt or powder (I use a little of both). 1 cucumber-seeded and diced (squeeze out excess water). 3 Tbsp. of mayo. 1-2 tsp. of red pepper flakes. 1 jalapeno pepper-seeded and diced fine. 1 cup fancy shredded mexican cheese. 1 bunch of green onions-chopped. Combine all ingredients and chill overnight. I use my potato masher, it works great! Enjoy with Triscuits or veggies.

1 C ice cubes. 1 to 1-1/2 oz. Vodka. 1/2 to 1-1/2 oz. Kahlua. Half and Half (or Milk) Fill to top off the glass. Maraschino Cherry for Garnish. Fill glass with ice, pour Vodka, Kahlua, then half and half. Add stir stick and cherry.

1/2 c (1 stick) butter. 1 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt. 4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. 2 2/3 c. Corn Chex cereal. 2 2/3 c. Rice Chex cereal. 2 2/3 c. Wheat Chex cereal. 1 c salted mixed nuts. Note: I think that this is not worth eating unless you add RAISINS.

2 Pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened. Onion (chopped) to taste. Hot Wing Sauce (Your favorite brand). Not sure exactly how this goes, but If I were making it I think I would mix the cream cheese and onion together and make that the first layer. Next would be a layer of shredded/chopped chicken with the hot wing sauce over it, laced with shredded cheese. The version I had was served warm with Tostitos and was pretty good!
