On August 12, 2016, or so, someone I admire and respect challenged me to look after my health, first, before all other things. For me, that means losing about 100 pounds and improving my strength and stamina. Here are the pics and stats of my journey towards better health, all in one place. Weight: 268.6 pounds. Bust: 50 3/4″. Weight: 262.6 pounds (-6). Weight: 257.6 (-5) (-11). Weight: 260.6 ( 3) (-8). Weight: 255.8 (-4.8) (-12.8). Hips: 55 1/4″. Weight: 243.4 lbs (-12.4) (-25.2). To be continued….

Waist: 48 (-2 ). Hips: 56 (-2 ). Weight: 257.6 (-4.6 lbs) (-11 lbs). Waist: 47″ (-1″) (-3″). Hips: 55″ (-1″) (-3″). I actually lost weight. I did. The pounds are decreasing.
