My Journey with Braces. Update – 1 Month with Braces! December 20, 2009 - Leave a Response. Actually, it’s been a month and two days. It seems like it’s been so much longer than that, though! But I’m feeling a lot better. My gums have been a bit red and swollen and lately, but now that I’m back on my brushing schedule, they are a lot better. Let’s take a look at some pictures! I also got a new high-end camera as an early Christmas present. Higher quality pictures! My next appointment = January 2010.
