A journey from 17 stone to 10 stone. Day 6 already and it’s nearly over. December 14, 2014. Well this has got to be the fastest week ever and considering I’ve massively changed the way I eat and live then I’m super proud! I weigh in tomorrow I’m so excited! My mom said my face was thinner last night so I can’t wait to see what the scales say. I also resisted a buffet at a party which is a massive deal in Gemma world! End of day 2. A journey from 17 stone to 10 stone. Day 224 – Wow, an update :). July 20, 2015. So… I stumbled across this blog the other day, and although I said I wouldn’t update again, I think I owe it to “her”. By “her” I mean the really sad, nervous girl that wrote the first few posts back in December 2014. So…. I’m now 12 stone 13lb and in a size 14 :):):):):):):):)! I was 17 stone 7 and a size 20/22 I cannot recommend Cambridge enough and the main thing ive learned since I started was JUST KEEP GOING!

Hi All, i’m Gemma, im 31 and ive struggled with my weight for years, even since i was at school and you had to take height and weight measurements in science class – ugh! Tonight i meet with Nadine, my Cambridge consultant, she was the year above me at school although we didnt know each other its nice to have a familiar face coming over. Shes lost 7 stone herself so is an inspiration.
