The building in the photo is the Brantford Civic Centre which was built in 1967 and shows it's age. The building is still in use for minor hockey teams and for the schools to take the kids skating. A very big difference as with 2 day of rain, 10*C temps that melted 50cm of snow. This photo was taken at 8:30am on Thursday morning. This lasted for about 20 minutes and then the snow rolled in. Typical Canadian winter. In case you are wondering, the roar of the falls could be heard on the 36th floor.
