Red Beginners Reference Guide. Sound Engine for Red. Written in VB 2010 . This is an old style 'shoot em up' with lots of movement, colour and sound . A modern 'Invaders' style game . See the 'ReadMeFirst.txt' file for help and instructions . Game requires Windows Net framework 4.5 to be installed . The zip file contains 'Shooter.exe' and 'ReadMeFirst.txt' . Simply unzip onto your desktop and double click . I have the VB source code somewhere on an old external drive . will post it asap.

It was a way to transform minimal data and extremely simplified floor plans into a 3D projection . OK its not true 3D, but it delivers some pretty good results . And could be one of my next projects . It works with a 2D map made up of blocks which is given the impression of 3D by the ray-casting . More on this soon!
