Learning JS Properly • My Code Journey
http://www.mycodejourney.com/learning-js-properly
November 12, 2014. I’m sure you have all come across the blog JavaScript is Sexy. Well the How to Lean JavaScript Properly tutorial. But , it seems I missed the boat on the study group! They are already in week 5. Hopefully there is another study group starting up on reddit or elsewhere, that I can join virtually. If anybody knows of one please let me know! Anyway, I figured I would continue on my own and document my progress here, while making study notes. Consider the following code for example:. 4 1(t...

Monthly Archives: July 2015. July 30, 2015. Although I was on a bit of a hiatus from blogging, I did take time to check out Tech Day New York back in April (which was awesome btw! I spent a few hours wondering around the event, meeting other developers, while receiving lots of cool swag and learning about a few startups. Which was great because us tech girls have to represent! Lol My two favorite from this event are NailSnaps. Both of which are founded by women. Before we parted Majella asked me to write...

Monthly Archives: February 2015. Adventures in Installing XAMPP. February 11, 2015. I installed XAMPP on my computer last weekend. And overall the process was pretty cool, but a bit of a challenge for me because of Skype. You see the problem with Skype is that it uses port 80 and 443. Which XAMPP also uses. And for an inexperience noob like me it was a bit of a headache. The cryptic messages don’t provide much help either. All I can say is thank the Lord for Google and Stack Overflow! My Code is Compiling
My Code is Compiling. The Lessons and Travels of a Student of the Internet. Saturday, June 20, 2009. So this summer will be bringing a great deal of opportunity for me. I say this as a sugar-coated way of saying I have no life or prospects for the future, and the only place to go is up. Without a job or an occupation in any sense, I plan to spend my summer doing a great deal of independent projects. However, I do have two projects that are not purely self-serving. I will be picking up the bass guitar for...

MOSS MAN
Friday, August 6, 2010. Content Database would not attach to MOSS 2007. Every time I attached Content Database to web application it deleted the stored procedures and failed with the following error in the log file:. SPManager] [ERROR] : Cannot find the object "DatabaseInformation" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions. I tried using tools like DocAve and Metalogix to move data and/or site off it but they also failed. It was now attached to the web application however it has 0 sites!
