一年才做一次的月饼，我没有多大的把握。虽然过程中出现一些问题，最后还是顺利完成，幸亏幸亏，哈哈～. 我家两个小孩很爱吃月饼，能亲手做给她们吃，看着她们满足的样子，我开心。 :D. 很喜欢今年买的印模花纹，除了看上花纹，也喜欢它的小巧，可以做75克的月饼。 烤月饼的时候给其中一盘涂上了蛋黄，看着看着，后来决定剩下的都不涂蛋液了，感觉那样会比较省时，也能烤得比较均匀。 带去学校的杯子蛋糕，她说上面要有牛油霜；自己吃的生日蛋糕，她说希望有水果和鲜奶油。 她说：“但是我喜欢妈咪做的cream.”. 我只能说小孩对于妈妈准备的食物大概都有一种“喜爱的情怀”吧～:D. 我比较喜欢动物性鲜奶油的味道，所以选用了它，但是已经很久没有跟它打交道，其实有点战战兢兢，深怕挤花的时候鲜奶油就软化了。还好，还好，虽然不是很满意，但是总算完成了. My cooking adventures.x :]. Sunday, February 8, 2009. Party doughnuts. (Rachel Allen, Bake). Party doughnuts. Makes about 24. 250g (11l) strong white flour. Oz) chilled butter, cubed. 225ml (8fl oz) milk. 75g (3oz) caster sugar. 1 1/2 tsp dried yeast. Vegetable Oil, for frying. 225g (8oz) Caster sugar mixed with 2 tsp ground cinnamon, to serve. Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl. Add the butter and, using your fingertips, rub it in until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. 2 tsp vanilla extract.

March 22, 2014. Ricotta Cheese and Spinach Puff. This recipe is one of many that's been long overdue. When I posted photos of this puff on FB a couple of years back, many of my friends asked for the recipe but I hadn't got the chance to upload it on my blog until.now. Procrastination at its finest. Hehe. I have made these puffs many times for family gatherings and afternoon tea at home.
