Unlike sea fish, which smells a lot, needs lots of ingredients to cook. I will post some recipes, in next few days. Friday, November 28, 2008. 1 cup Toor dal. 1 cup Baby onions. 1 tsp Turmeric powder. 1 tsp Chilli powder. 1 cup Coriander leaves (finely chopped). 2 strands Curry leaves. 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds. 1 tsp Cumin seeds. 1 tsp Black pepper corns. 2 nos Red chillies. 1 tsp Bengal gram. 2 nos Dry red chili. 1Seperately fry the ingredients in Group 4 and dry grind. 2Cook daal and Group 2 ingredient separately in a pressure cooker. 4Temper it with Group 5 ingredients. 1 Cook dal in two cups water.

Hace unos años que visitamos Torreón, nos recibieron con esta bebida que preparan en semana santa, la cual llaman Sangre de Cristo, es agua fresca de betabel con manzana y lechuga picada.
