This is my first attempt at blogging. My hope is to keep friends and family updated on the progress of the babies and a blog seems the best way to do that. So here goes. Monday, November 28, 2011. Nickname was coined by Courtney and it has kind of stuck. She even refers to it as her "peg leg". We've been trying to get video of Avery running around in her cast, and I finally managed it. My camera is in the shop for the third time since July, grrr, so I've been relying on my phone for pictures lately.

Festival at Mt. Si. We made it out to the Festival at Mt. Si to see the parade this morning. The kids were so excited to get some candy, they could hardly stand themselves.. We arrived about 30 minutes early to assure ourselves a good spot and it was the longest 30 minutes ever! Okay, so now where is the candy?

First Day of Preschool - Alligators! I know it is common practice these days to have your kids hold a sign with the date and their grade and the name of their school and I'll probably regret not doing it, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. It's about as rebellious as I get, watch out! November 3, 2013.

On Saturday, we went with my folks and Auntie Steffie to the Halloween Train at the Snoqualmie Train Depot. What fun! We got to watch apple cider being made in an old cider press, we got to ride the train and we saw all kinds of other kids in their costumes on the train. Mum with her little ones. And a fire hat!
