PAO Community Provider Association of Oregon. CPAO, an association of residential and vocational service providers for people with disabilities, employs an experienced lobbyist who represents the interests of providers with the legislature as well as with state and local agencies. Members are kept current with what’s happening in Salem and are provided opportunities for effective and timely interaction with legislators. Always an on-going priority is the critical issues of fair and adequate funding.

OVER 25 YEARS OF SERVICE. OMRS currently provides services for 50 residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have 13 licensed group homes that range in occupancy from 2-5 residents each. Many participate in community-based programs such as an alternative to work program (ATE) or paid employment, depending on the needs of each individual. We are pleased to announce the Employee of the Month for December is Jamie Rowan from 18th St. Jamie was nominated 3 times for being willing to learn new things and for being so great with the residents and always having things prepared/set up for the next shift ahead of time!
