I must say, I picked up this excellent habit during 2012 of exercising at least twice a week ( 3 times was too much of a commitment). My fitness levels increased, initially I used to do 10 minutes on the treadmill at a speed of 7.0km/hr at 0% incline and I would feel wasted.
