Going to alternate coffee, soda and other beverages with water making it a 1:1 ratio. 2) Eating - Way too much bad stuff! Since my wedding in September I've adopted some really bad eating habits like dessert every night.it's got to stop! Moderation, better choices and just make it through the holiday season without splitting my pants! 7) Stress - Stop the madness!
