It is a condition where the pain thersholds in the brain go down and so even painless stimuli are converted into painful stimuli. Monday, 19 December 2016. Who stole half this year? And can they give it back to me please. I feel as if most of this year has gone by in a blur. I can report a great week of training! I got all of my runs in and I hit my target mileage. I even ventured out into the suburbs to get some hill training in. Success! Monday: 4 5 miles. Wednesday: 2 miles strength training. Saturday: 11 miles (5 of which were hills! It's about darn time - we are 5 weeks out from the Blue Ridge Relay!
