I am counting down the days until Christmas holidays, when I have two weeks off my day job, and besides a little yoga teaching, all I have to do, is cozy into the couch, squished between two blankets, with a juicy new novel in one hand, and a cup of steaming hot coffee and Baileys in the other! Why buy a bottle when you can make it in five minutes? I've made a few different recipes over the years and ultimately have combined my favourites from each recipe to make this delicious treat.

Dec 14, 2014. With the rushing about during this time, it's handy to have a recipe in your pocket that is quick and easy for your next gathering. There are only five ingredients in these little chocolate squares and they're delicious! Definitely a holiday hit. 1/2 cup coconut oil (soft and almost melted but warm not hot). 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 cup puffed quinoa (I used chocolate puffed quinoa. Regular is good, too.). Freeze for at least 1/2 hour.
