On December 23, 2010 Culinaria hosted the very first Dinner with Dignity at the Raleigh Rescue Mission. Over 70 people were fed smoked pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, green bean medley, cream of broccoli soup, salad, and fresh fruit, all of which was purchased at Sam’s Club. The fresh flavors definitely transported you to the forest. I also made my first foray into pasta making!
