Talmage's Birthday was tricky this year with Easter only 2 days before his big day it was hard to remember to hype up his birthday as much as we would normally do. Monday, April 29, 2013. On Thursday the girls had a fun run at their school. I was so glad that it was warm enough to be enjoyable and I took Talmage and Reese and we took some pictures of the kids running. Ellen and Olivia were super nice to let Talmage run with them. I loved watching Ellen take Talmage's hand and run with him.I't melts my heart when they take care of each other like that. Talmage was on cloud 9! Olivia was having a great time! Friday, April 12, 2013. Ellen in Her First Musical! Ellen needed her fancy mouse ears to really feel the part of the city mouse. She was so excited! Talmage and Olivia had a wonderful time playing in the bleachers while we waited for the performance to start. Ellen said to me after the first performance, "I was a little nervous, and a little scared, and a little excited, but after it was over I felt really proud! I was proud of her too! Friday, May 3, 2013. Field Trip to the Denver Botanical Garden. I got to go on my first field trip as a parent to the botanical gardens with Ellen and her class. Ellen was over the moon excited about it and it turned out to be a lot of fun! We had 6 kids in our group and they were all really good kids. We had a great time looking at the flowers and painting and being outside. Ellen's group (she got to pick the kids in our group) Lilly, Jocelyn, Ellen, Lizzy, Justin, and Justin. Yep, that's snow in MAY!

Sunday, September 30, 2012. We started Ellen, Olivia, and Talmage in Gymnastics this month and they are lovin' it! I have been really happy with the program at this gymnastics studio, the teachers are fantastic! Olivia and Talmage are in the preschool class, with the most sweet and patient teachers ever and Ellen is in the Beginner girls glass with another fantastic teacher. I love that the preschool class is working on beginning gymnastic skills in a way that makes them fun! Saturday, September 8, 2012.

Monday, February 25, 2013. It ended up being a nice day, Eric was home and we don't get very many of these days were we are all home all day together. We drank hot cocoa and read books and colored pictures all day long. At about 4:30 the snow slowed down enough that Eric took Olivia and Talmage out to help shovel the driveway.
