So in the spirit of getting a new post out there I am going to share a few little projects that I had done before I started my blog : ). Just not in red! I topped them o...

These Four Walls: October 2013
http://www.decoratingthesefourwalls.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Simple, affordable decorating - one wall at a time. Life within these four walls. Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Burlap and lace cone and flowers hung on a painted crib spring. Turning scraps into SCRUMPTIOUS! A couple of weeks ago I decided to jump on the bandwagon of decorating with bed springs. The Hub thinks I have lost my mind but in true helpful hubby fashion he helped me get this baby hung up on the wall. The whole thing started with blank wall space and a $7 clock. These Four Walls: January 2014
http://www.decoratingthesefourwalls.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Simple, affordable decorating - one wall at a time. Life within these four walls. Sunday, January 26, 2014. Valentine's Day drop cloth wreath - from scratch! As usual.I win! Then an inner heart. Cut it out. Trace it onto foam board. I used a razor blade to cut it. It's ok if the edges are a little jagged. I overlapp...

Monday, September 15, 2014. 2014 Pine 2 Palm 100 Mile Race Report. Or maybe the aid station just a couple miles back from that failed puke spot. Where I sat icing my quads that were toasty to the touch, shivering, body undergoing a full blown shut down. Wyatt staring at me, hoping I can get up. I don't see me finishing this Wyatt.". I was completely honest. I was dropping things, fumbling food, blurry eyed, and pretty sure going hypothermic. But you know what Wyatt said? DON'T BE A BITCH! The first climb...

Miles covered: 56.9 (Woodstock) of 70.8 mi. 2014 results: http:/ www.vhtrc.org/results/2014/TheRing.htm. Last summer, I went into The Ring. With no qualms whatsoever about dropping at any point. It would, of course, be nice to finish, but joining the Fellowship was not my primary goal. I was more concerned with getting good time on feet for my last long run before Grindstone. Start to Milford Gap:. 133 mi...
