Wednesday, February 28, 2007. Water aerobics has been fun lately. One of the instructors is a little tougher and has been changing it up quite a bit. She makes it more of a challenge which is fun and it for sure makes for a better workout! I was actually a little sore this morning which is a nice feeling in a way.
