I'm wishing it would come again. I like the quiet peace that wraps the earth when it snows, don't you? I talked to our daughter that lives in Colorado and they are predicting 14 inches of snow for them. Thankfully Colorado is prepared to deal with that. Looking at that photo makes me want a cup of tea anyone interested?

No matter how badly your heart is broken, the world doesn't stop for your grief. Monday, July 20, 2015. I am happy to report I lost two pounds since last Monday. I have to keep reminding myself, my body did not get to this weight overnight and it will not all suddenly drop off my body. My sister, Wanda, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. He surprised me with a couple of days of vacation before he has to be in Miami for work. We drove to St. Augustine yesterday and pretty much went directly to bed when we got here. There is quiet, an eerie quiet, a foreboding of things to come. People scurry from place to place. In the hope of being ahead of the storm. The silence is broken by the lightening and thunder. As the wind begins to howl and the rains come. People huddle with their loved ones, bracing for the worst.

I spent most of Thursday Saturady in the hospital with her and my sister, Teresa. She received two stents and two angioplasty. When you are sitting in the hospital, you eat what is available. No weight lose. No exercise. Back to square one, AGAIN. Monday, August 24, 2015. I have lost half a pound wow! There I said it!
