Retete sanatoase si hranitoare.preferatele mele. Hi, Welcome to my blog, enjoy reading. Sangria - bautura alcoolica originara din Spania. 2 litri de vin rosu. 8 linguri de zahar. 1/4 litri apa minerala. Se pune vinul intr-un recipient (transparent pentru efect). Se adauga zaharul si fructele feliate scortisoara. Se amesteca bine si se pune la frigider. Se serveste cu cuburi de gheata. Daca doriti sa serviti o sangria mai slaba se adauga mai multe cuburi de gheata. Se adauga apa minerala inainte de servire.

Ingrediente necesare pentru 4 porţii:. 1 ceapă mică-mijlocie de preferinţă roşie; - 1 legătură de tarhon proaspăt; - 1 lingurită de piper negru măcinat; - 1 lingură oţet alb; - 1 lingură vin alb; - 4 gălbenuşuri - ou gaină; - 250 gr unt alb nesărat; - sare (fină) se adaugă după gustul fiecăruia la final.
